Two logins, one site — no sign-out first
Signing the work account out to check personal mail is not a workflow.
Support watches two shop consoles. Ops keeps brand and staging. One Gmail, two inboxes. Since 1.3.4 an account tag splits the store. Leave the tag empty and copies still share the default store — duplicating a site does not invent a second login.
Free: one account per host. A second distinct tag is Pro. Sharing one tag across hosts stays free.
Support inbox, signed in.
Another tag, another session. Do not sign the work account out first.
One URL, two logins: different tags, separate stores. Free: one account per site. A second distinct tag is Pro.
Tonight
Duplicate the site. Put “work” or “personal” in the account tag. Name the shift, not a natural-language stub. Sign in once each. Settings shows cache size; delete unused profiles.
The keychain can store passwords; filling the login form is Pro. Secrets do not ride official Cloud.
Do not
- Do not merge the second login into the default store. Then it is not two sessions.
- Do not expect the shop to stay signed in on the next computer. Cookies stay here. See Cloud copies setup, not cookies.
- Do not create a tag per language UI. That is appearance, not an account.
One chord for a set: One shortcut, a set of sites.
